Ruth Inglis, CPHR, RPR, has been with Frac Shack since 2014. Ruth has over 18 years of Human Resource experience and has worked in fast-paced and demanding environments such as Microsoft, Philips, Shawcor, and now Frac Shack. Ruth has an Associate’s Degree in Business and has completed professional development and leadership programs through Ivey School of Business and The University of Alberta, Executive Education. She is also a dual Canadian/US Citizen which provides her with valuable insight to the cultures and opportunities in both countries. Ruth has extensive experience with all facets of Human Resources including recruiting, benefits administration, development, facilitating employee reviews, maintaining employee handbooks, and researching and drafting policies and procedures. Ruth has been instrumental in overseeing Frac Shack’s growth from approximately 70 employees when she started to now over 400 employees in Canada, the U.S., and soon to be in South America. Ruth’s Professional contributions also include serving on the PSAC Human Resources Committee since 2015. Ruth is currently pursuing her Executive MBA through the University of Fredericton, Sandermoen School of Business.
