With 10 fuel lines, it’s ideal for smaller frac pads with up to 9 pumpers; and still with one spare line for a blender or auxiliary equipment. Multiple units can be utilized on the same pad for additional fuel supply, additional storage, and reduced costs.

With the Frac Shack™, existing intake systems require no retro fitting. The plug-and-play design replaces the fuel cap and controls all aspects of refuelling the pumper systems. This system allows hot refuelling on the frac pad without the intense danger of fuel spray near the hot equipment

With the current demand for cheaper and cleaner fuel, Frac Shack™ has developed and proven the industry’s first combined diesel and natural gas distribution unit for Bi-Fuel hydraulic fracturing spreads. The same footprint as our E-Series shacks, the Bi-Fuel unit has 12 custom-made Natural Gas flex-hose lines in addition to the 12 diesel lines. Equipped with Mann Tek® quick dry-connects, rig-in is fast and easy. The Bi-Fuel Frac Shack™ is compatible with CNG, LNG, Pipeline Gas, or Field Gas and truly is the next step in making Bi-Fuel frac spreads safer and more efficient.
