Toddnew3Todd Van Vliet, President
J. Todd Van Vliet, B.A., LL.B., has an International Baccalaureate from Lester B. Pearson United World College, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Alberta, and a Law Degree from McGill University.   He had 20 years of experience in the private practice of law before joining with the other founding shareholders to form Environmental Refuelling Systems Inc.  In 2011, he took their new invention, called the “Frac Shack™” to market in a new spinoff venture which resulted in being awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Prairie Region for Emerging Entrepreneurs in 2015. This business now operates in Western Canada and no less than 7 states in the U.S.A. Todd has extensive experience advising corporations and owners, which has provided him with valuable insight into creating and attaining corporate performance goals.  Todd’s extensive volunteer work includes scholarship committees, community leagues, sports coaching and refereeing, business association boards, and political work.  In 2012 he was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his contributions.


Lance Holmstrom, Vice President, Finance
Lance Holmstrom, BComm, CCP, CPA-CGA, MBA has been with Frac Shack since 2011 and has over 15 years of financial management experience. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Alberta, holds a Certified Credit Professional designation from the Credit Institute of Canada, has his CPA-CGA designation in accounting and earned his Master’s in Business Administration Degree from Laurentian University. Lance’s work experience spans various oilfield services industries including wholesale, equipment rental, hospitality and manufacturing. His expertise includes job costing, process improvement, system and team management, and Canada-US cross border business administration. Since joining Frac Shack Lance has had a key role in developing and implementing the administrative processes and systems that keep Frac Shack running smoothly. He has also been instrumental in organizational design and strategic planning from the early stages of the company.


Charmayne DyckeCharmayne Dycke, Corporate Secretary
Charmayne Dycke brings over 30 years of practical experience working in law firms and private enterprise. As a Paralegal, her primary focus during her career has been corporate law, commercial transactions and acquisitions, as well as financial securities and real estate development. Her areas of strength include drafting and vetting legal documents and contracts, with a solid understanding of legal requirements to complex business transactions including purchase and sale of shares and assets, financing, real property sales and commercial leasing. As Corporate Secretary, her experience now continues to assist Frac Shack in ensuring the highest level of corporate governance, and leadership in business ethics.


adamgrasty3Adam Grasty, Vice President, US Operations
Adam brings over 16 years of industrial experience to Frac Shack. Having worked in the energy field, from power plants to coal mines, he has a dedicated approach to team building and safety excellence. Adam holds many certifications in such areas as, electrical, welding and emergency medicine, all of which he brings together in Frac Shack for the better of the organization. Adam believes successful operations depend on hard work and three words, “Inspire, Strive, Thrive”.


Jim WadeJim Wade, HSE Manager
Jim is born and raised in Western Montana. Jim took part in the construction of the Alaska pipeline, helping with the completion of the terminal located in Valdez. He has also seen the other side of the industry, as a driver on the haul road between Fairbanks and Purdhoe. Prior to coming to North Dakota, he worked as a safety officer for the trucking firm Werner Enterprises. He has a degree from the University in Omaha, Nebraska, and his experience is primarily focused on the fracking phase of well development, including production chemicals and on-site fueling. Jim is excited to be a part of Frac Shack America, and believes it is the industry’s safest fueling solution.

Bobby joined the Frac Shack team in April 2015. Prior to Frac Shack, Bobby worked at Weatherford in both Field Operations and Business Development for the Downhole Completion Tools group in Denver, CO. Having both sales and field experience, Bobby brings a strong work ethic and dedication to the Frac Shack sales team. Bobby graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.

David brings a wide range of sales, marketing, and analytical expertise to the Frac Shack team. He also brings prior experience from both the oil & gas and hotel industries, most recently with one of Canada’s largest oil & gas producers. David’s customer-focused approach to sales is a valuable asset as Frac Shack continues to grow in both Canada and the US. David graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management, majoring in Marketing.
