Toddnew3Todd Van Vliet, President
J. Todd Van Vliet, B.A., LL.B., has an International Baccalaureate from Lester B. Pearson United World College, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Alberta, and a Law Degree from McGill University. He had 20 years of experience in the private practice of law before joining with the other founding shareholders to form Environmental Refuelling Systems Inc.  In 2011, he took their new invention, called the “Frac Shack™” to market in a new spinoff venture which resulted in being awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Prairie Region for Emerging Entrepreneurs in 2015. This business now operates in Western Canada and no less than 7 states in the U.S.A. Todd has extensive experience advising corporations and owners, which has provided him with valuable insight into creating and attaining corporate performance goals. Todd’s extensive volunteer work includes scholarship committees, community leagues, sports coaching and refereeing, business association boards, and political work. In 2012 he was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his contributions.


Lance Holmstrom, Vice President Finance
Lance Holmstrom, BComm, CCP, CPA-CGA, MBA has been with Frac Shack since 2011 and has over 15 years of financial management experience. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Alberta, holds a Certified Credit Professional designation from the Credit Institute of Canada, has his CPA-CGA designation in accounting and earned his Master’s in Business Administration Degree from Laurentian University. Lance’s work experience spans various oilfield services industries including wholesale, equipment rental, hospitality and manufacturing. His expertise includes job costing, process improvement, system and team management, and Canada-US cross border business administration. Since joining Frac Shack Lance has had a key role in developing and implementing the administrative processes and systems that keep Frac Shack running smoothly. He has also been instrumental in organizational design and strategic planning from the early stages of the company.


ChadChad Osmond, Vice President Operations
Chad brings over 16 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry to Frac Shack. He has worked on exploration projects, Research and Development, production and reclamation for all the major producers in Alberta. He has proven ability in startup management and has been involved with two successful start up operations. Chad has a proven ability to create structured growth while focusing on internal team building and client satisfaction.



Charmayne DyckeCharmayne Dycke, Corporate Secretary
Charmayne Dycke brings over 30 years of practical experience working in law firms and private enterprise. As a Paralegal, her primary focus during her career has been corporate law, commercial transactions and acquisitions, as well as financial securities and real estate development. Her areas of strength include drafting and vetting legal documents and contracts, with a solid understanding of legal requirements to complex business transactions including purchase and sale of shares and assets, financing, real property sales and commercial leasing. As Corporate Secretary, her experience now continues to assist Frac Shack in ensuring the highest level of corporate governance, and leadership in business ethics.


Wayne ClarkeWayne Clarke, Senior HSE Manager
Wayne Clarke, CD, NSCO brings 26 years of logistical and HSE experience to Frac Shack. Wayne’s career in Health and Safety began in 1997 within the Department of National Defense involving transportation, distribution and management of fuel and services. Wayne’s professional integrity and dedication is evident in the relationships built throughout the organization, and with customers. His commitment to continued professional development, leadership in promoting a culture of safety and solutions for best safety practices and improvement of equipment, are all qualities highly valued by Frac Shack. Wayne has managed health, safety, and environmental programs for private industry and larger corporations working in the Oil & Gas Industry in B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan.


Dave LambertonDavid Lamberton, Customer Solutions & Marketing
David brings a wide range of sales, marketing, and analytical expertise to the Frac Shack team. He also brings prior experience from both the oil & gas and hotel industries, most recently with one of Canada’s largest oil & gas producers. David’s customer-focused approach to sales is a valuable asset as Frac Shack continues to grow in both Canada and the US. David graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management, majoring in Marketing.
